Immensa Commerce Club Canteen



To better understand how business works, Immensa Commerce Club started a canteen at Pushpanjali College of Education. A proper structure was set up and the work was distributed among the club members. We maintained records of the raw materials, expenses, labor as well as investment. At the end of each day, we also calculated our profits or losses and planned for the next day.

Qualities of a Secretary


Miss. Alisha Shetty has been working as a secretary for Mrs. Ahuja for the past 9 years. As a secretary she has to do certain tasks like handling correspondence, financial transactions etc. Alisha is a graduate with a special training in being a secretary.  From this training Alisha has learnt to be very precise in her tasks. She is always on time to her work and to all the meetings. All her records and transactions are perfect and accurate without any errors.

Alisha also travels to various countries along with Mrs. Ahuja for business purposes. Alisha is quick to adapt to any new situation or location. Alisha is always active and focused in her work. She concentrates carefully during any important event. Alisha has a good memory power. She remembers all the minute details that occurs during business meetings and transactions and makes a note of them in her records. Role Play On Use Of Advertisements





Role-play is a technique that allows students to explore realistic situations by interacting with other people in a managed way in order to develop experience and trial different strategies in a supported environment.

Role playing allows someone to assume the role of another person and practice their behavior, choices, and words to gain deeper understanding of someone else. Teachers can use role playing to make their lessons come to life and resonate with students.

Case Study on Sole Trader



Mr. Vijay Sharma is a business man. He has the business of readymade garments. Mr. Vijay started his business with a capital of Rs. 5 lakhs. He is the only owner of the business and so he is the one who manages the business. Whenever any decisions are to be taken related to business Mr. Vijay alone takes all the decisions as he is the owner. His business earns a profit and he is the one who enjoys the profit. 



But whenever there is a loss he alone has to bear. There are also debts of his business for which Mr. Vijay is personally responsible as he has to pay it from his personal property. There is no separate legal status in a sole trading concern. Legally sole trader and his business organization are one and the same. Mr. Vijay business of readymade garments is limited to the local market as it is a small scale business.

Case Study on Employee Safety



Patrick is a lifeguard who works for an indoor pool at a holiday resort in the Middle East. The air temperature is very hot making it very miserable to work in. He often work 8 hours+ per day, and gets paid barely above minimum wage. He is not given any proper breaks, and is required to stand the entire time. 



This is causing health problems for Patrick. Some of his peers formed a union and have complained about the working conditions to the department head but in turn received backlash from the department head. One of the employees even lost his job. The department head has warned all the employees not to be a part of any trade unions. Patrick has approached you (the HR manager) with his concerns.

Reliance Industries Limited is an Indian conglomerate holding company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Reliance owns businesses across India engaged in energy, petrochemicals, textiles, natural resources, retail, and telecommunications. Reliance was founded by Dhirubhai Ambani in the year 1966. From then, Reliance has grown to become a huge competitor in the international market.  Last year, the government announced a new policy that allows gas from fields in difficult terrains like deep-sea regions to be sold at almost double the price allowed for normal fields. 
Reliance industries deals with the production and distribution of a variety of goods like crude oil, electricity, household items, clothing, etc. 




Reliance has been manufacturing quality rigid and flexible industrial and commercial plastic packaging containers for over 50 years. Apart from this, Reliance also deals with telecommunication services and insurance. The refinery of Reliance at Jamnagar processes a wide variety of crude oils and produces a range of petroleum products for exports as well as supply in the Indian market. The Jamnagar manufacturing division is the world's largest refining hub. Fuels from Jamnagar refinery are exported to several countries across the world. 

The goal of Reliance industries is to deliver industry leading returns and profits and be a source of medium-term growth, while focusing on health, safety and environment. Internship At Junior College
